Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.
First place prize is an ALL EXPENSES PAID trip for 2 (the Grand Prize winner and qualified spouse, relative, friend or guest of their choosing) . . . to INCLUDE Roundtrip Air Transportation to and from an African Evangelistic campaign; hotel room and meal accommodations.
Who is Eligible for the "WIN A FREE MISSIONS TRIP TO AFRICA" Promotion?
The "WIN A FREE MISSIONS TRIP TO AFRICA" Promotion is open to residents of the United States who reside in the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Employees of CFAN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion/Sweepstakes. How to Enter:
Beginning September 4, 2019 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through August 31, 2020 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) visit freeministrytrip.com and complete the online entry information.
As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address and share this promotion, utilizing the online tools provided. By providing your information, you are consenting to it being used to send ministry updates and news.
Encourage your friends and colleagues to register for the WIN A FREE MISSIONS TRIP TO AFRICA using your unique registration URL that you will be provided. You will receive 10 additional entries into the Sweepstakes for each person who registers using your unique URL. You will also receive 5 additional entries for each 2nd generation (referred registrant from someone you originally referred).
Unlimited entries per person overall. Registered entrants can continue to use their UNIQUE PERSONAL URL after their initial registration at any time during the Sweepstakes Period and sign in to refer additional friends for the chance to receive additional entries.

How the Winner Will Be Chosen:
12 finalists will be randomly selected. Each finalist will be contacted and interviewed by phone and be asked “If you were to win this free ministry trip, how do you think your life or ministry will change in regards to evangelism?” The answers will be rated based on thoughtfulness and Scriptural foundation, by official Christ for all Nations staff.
CFAN has sole and absolute determination in choosing the winner. CFAN's decision will be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a Form W-9, and, where lawful, publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected.
What is included and the winner's responsibilities:
In each participating country, the first place prize is an all expenses paid trip for 2 (the winner and a qualified spouse, relative, friend or guest of their choosing, over the age of 18) including round-trip air transportation from an airport within reasonable proximity to the winners residence, to and from the African Evangelistic campaign; as well as a double occupancy hotel room and meal accommodations.
Winners are responsible for incidental costs and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Conditions of Participation:
The winner must hold a valid passport for their country of citizenship with at least 90 days of validity past the initial day of travel – CRUSADE TRAVEL DATE and be willing to secure necessary visas, at the direction of CFAN, to travel to IBADAN, NIGERIA (or other specified country).
Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CFAN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CFAN and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CFAN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion.
Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize.
CFAN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.
If the original phone call or e-mail to a potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until the final 12 are selected.
CFAN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider's (ISP) network.
CFAN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, CFAN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e- mailed entries.
DISPUTES:
As a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the Orlando, Florida area having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Florida without regard for doctrines of conflict of law.
Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
